1. when will my order arrive?
once you place your order, we'll give you a quick call to confirm your phone model. once confirmed, your order gets dispatched within 1 day. delivery usually takes another 4–6 days, depending on your location. we'll keep you posted along the way.
2. will the case fit my phone perfectly?
that's the whole point. we stock cases for 500+ phone models, and we manually confirm your model before dispatch to help make sure you get the right fit. just select your exact phone model while ordering, and we'll take it from there. wrong model? not on our watch.
3. what if something's wrong with my order?
if your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or there's an issue with your order, email us at hey@cloat.in with a short video and a few details about the problem. we'll look into it and help you sort things out.
4. how do i track my order?
you'll receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp, along with a quick call from our team to confirm your phone model. once your order is dispatched, we'll send your tracking link on WhatsApp. you can also track it directly through the order tracking section on our website.

HOLY SHIT! I never expected a back cover to be this good! First of all, there are no premium pokemon covers, second the gloss the finish, the in hand experience is exquisite! Third its sooooo refreshing to see something soo new and good at the same time and what a class packaging. Comes with a magnetic packaging the experience is way too premium for a back cover!

I really have no words on this cover. It is of excellent quality with such a reasonable price. Its not slippery, grip is strong, also it covers the inner section of the camera. I am totally loving it.

Superb
I ordered Naruto cover on 17th May and it reached on 22nd May. It is a soft silicon based cover with amazing print. Quality looks good. The only concern i have that it may go yellow with the time since it is the problem with all silicon cases. But for now I’m happy with what I have. They gave cable protecter as well along with the cover. Also the name says “NAPUTO” and not “NARUTO” around camera ring which is upsetting.
Cover is ok but a bit overpriced as it is you cover with the prints.
As for me I decided to keep it as the print quality is good but not the cover. So I would say the company should really work on the case quality….

MagSafe Compatible
Our magnet department has been busy.
A full ring of N52 magnets sits inside our MagSafe case, aligned to snap onto chargers, wallets, tripods and car mounts on the first try. Our magnet department wanted more of them. Legal said no. Order the MagSafe version and you'll get the strongest ring our lawyers would approve.
Camera Protection
The rim is taller than the cameras.
We tried to write something more interesting about it. There isn't anything. A lip sits above your lenses, your lenses don't touch tables, your photos stay sharp. If you can make this sound exciting, email us. We'll take full credit.
Never Fading Print
It stays the colour you bought it in.
We watched the analytics. You compared it against four others, went away, came back, and picked this one. It would be rude of us to let it turn beige by summer. So the pattern is fused into the surface at a resolution where individual hairs are visible, and it stays there. The nine minutes were worth it.
Drop Protection
You will not drop it from 15 feet.
You'll drop it from four, off a sofa arm, onto tile, at a bad angle, while reaching for something else. That's the drop that kills phones, and that's the drop this case was actually built for. The 15-foot number exists so you know how much margin you're carrying around. It's a lot.
Raised Screen Bezels
Our bezel team wanted 4mm. We negotiated.
Their argument was that a taller lip protects more, which is technically correct and completely unusable at 4mm you'd be swiping into a wall every time you closed an app. We settled at 2.5mm: high enough that glass never touches a surface, low enough that your thumb never notices it's there. They're still not speaking to us.
Smooth, Tactile Buttons
Our button team clicked these 10,000 times.
Not as a stress test. As a tuning exercise. Too soft and the press goes mushy; too firm and you need a thumb like a bricklayer. They spent an unreasonable amount of time finding the middle, and somewhere in our office is a person who can now identify a bad case by sound alone.
