At Cloat, we stand by the quality of every case we craft. Our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand.

Return Window & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery for the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing or fitting defects.
  • Incorrect model or item received.

Note on Custom Cases: Because Print-on-Demand (POD) cases are custom-made exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verified manufacturing or fitting defect.

Fees & Costs

We believe in honest pricing, which means no hidden deductions for valid returns:

  • Restocking Fee: ₹0 (No restocking fees are charged).
  • Return Shipping: For verified defects or wrong items, Namo Covers will handle the return shipping at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
